A children's book written by Donna Lueke and illustrated by Grant & Jodie McCallum.

This 32 page hardbound children's book, “Chita, the Tin Goose,” is a mostly true story of the history of Liberty Aviation Museum’s 1928 Ford Tri-Motor “City of Port Clinton/City of Wichita”.

Some familiar local sites are seen in the book including Marblehead Lighthouse, the Island Airlines Ford Tri-Motor, & Perry's Monument. (See photos)

This book is now available in the Liberty Aviation Museum gift shop (during business hours or at book signings) 

All proceeds from this children's book assist in the operations and maintenance of the Liberty Aviation Museum, museum vehicles, aircraft, and watercraft.  The Liberty Aviation Museum is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization.  We do not receive any government tax dollars to operate or fund any portion of our facility or restoration projects.
