Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most international addresses. Orders shipped to international addresses will be shipped using the US Postal Service. We are not responsible for any import fees that may occur. You will receive a tracking number once the package is shipped.
Do you ship to military FPO/APO addresses?
Yes we ship to military FPO/APO addresses using USPS.
Do you ship to rural routes and P.O. Boxes?
Yes we ship to rural route addresses & P.O.Boxes using USPS.
Can I order by phone?

Can I visit the store without purchasing admission?
Yes! Just enter the museum lobby and head for the gift shop in museum's main building. Museum admission is only required if visiting the museum hangars, galleries and boathouse.
Are all of your items in your store online?
Due to the large volume of items available in our museum gift shop, we do not offer all of our items online. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 419-732-0234
What forms of payment do you accept?
